A patient may only register for a medical marijuana certificate if he or she is a Connecticut resident being treated for a debilitating medical condition by a Connecticut-licensed physician or advanced practice registered nurse.Â
The State issued separate lists of acceptable debilitating medical conditions for both adults and patients under the age of 18.
